The Khushkhera-Bhiwadi-Neemrana (KBN) Investment Region is one of the seven key nodes being developed under Phase 1 of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project. Spanning 165 square kilometers across 42 villages of Alwar district, this investment region represents one of India's most ambitious industrial development projects.

Key Infrastructure Projects

1. Central Spine Road

A state-of-the-art road project connecting the proposed SNB Global City (Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror) area in Neemrana with the Bhiwadi-Tapukara Industrial complex. This will serve as a border for future industrial and non-industrial development.

2. Aerotropolis

  • Location: Between Delhi and Jaipur, south of Bhiwadi
  • Area: 24 sq km
  • Investment: ₹4,000 crores

3. Knowledge City
