1. About the platform

The platform lists manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers across the Bhiwadi industrial belt. Some listings are compiled from publicly available sources. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing, contact detail, or description is complete, current, or error-free. You should verify details directly with a business before relying on them.

2. Listings and claims

• If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to represent that business.
• You must not list a business you do not own or are not authorised to manage. We may review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing, and we resolve ownership disputes at our discretion (a valid GST certificate may be required).
• If your business appears in the platform and you want to correct or remove it, contact us and we will act on a reasonable request.

3. Verified and RIICO-registered markers

A "Verified" marker, where shown, means we carried out a check (such as confirming a GST registration); it is not a guarantee of a business's conduct or quality. A "RIICO-registered" marker means the business appears in the public RIICO allottee records. Markers are informational and may change.

4. News and third-party content

The news section shows headlines aggregated from public sources and links out to the original publishers. We do not host or reproduce third-party article content, and all articles, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Publishers may request removal through our Contact page.

5. Acceptable use and no automated extraction

The platform is provided for genuine buyers and sellers. You must not, by any automated or manual means: scrape, crawl, harvest, or bulk-download listings, contact details, or any other data from the platform or its underlying data files; extract, reproduce, or re-utilise any substantial part of the directory database; build or supplement any dataset, directory, mailing list, or competing service using data obtained from the platform; or use contact details shown here for unsolicited bulk marketing or spam. Search engines and answer engines indexing pages for search results are welcome (see our robots.txt); every other form of automated collection requires our prior written permission. We employ technical and forensic measures to detect unauthorised copying, and breach of this section is actionable as breach of contract and infringement of our database rights. Those measures include a small number of non-operational verification entries within the directory, included solely to detect unauthorised copying. Such entries carry no contact details, are never routed any enquiry, are never marked Verified, and are excluded from the accuracy statement in section 6.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhiwadi Industries is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any listing, or dealings with any business found through it.

7. Intellectual property and database rights

The platform's design, original content, and the directory itself, including the selection, verification, categorisation, and arrangement of listings and the compilation of government-register evidence, are original works owned by Bhiwadi Industries (operated by M/s Acumen Enterprises) and are protected as a compilation under Indian copyright law. Individual facts are not claimed; the compiled database is. Business names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Paid plans

Listing and the Verified badge are free. Paid plans buy priority placement and the listing features described on the Premium page. They do not buy a Verified badge, a change to how we verify, or a guaranteed number of enquiries. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
