1. About the directory

The directory lists manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers across the Bhiwadi industrial belt. Some listings are compiled from publicly available sources. We work to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that any listing, contact detail, or description is complete, current, or error-free. You should verify details directly with a business before relying on them.

2. Listings and claims

• If you add or claim a listing, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to represent that business.
• You must not list a business you do not own or are not authorised to manage. We may review, edit, suspend, or remove any listing, and we resolve ownership disputes at our discretion (a valid GST certificate may be required).
• If your business appears in the directory and you want to correct or remove it, contact us and we will act on a reasonable request.

3. Verified and RIICO-registered markers

A "Verified" marker, where shown, means we carried out a check (such as confirming a GST registration); it is not a guarantee of a business's conduct or quality. A "RIICO-registered" marker means the business appears in the public RIICO allottee records. Markers are informational and may change.

4. News and third-party content

The news section shows headlines aggregated from public sources and links out to the original publishers. We do not host or reproduce third-party article content, and all articles, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Publishers may request removal through our Contact page.

5. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, copy in bulk, or misuse the directory, attempt to disrupt it, or use contact details for unsolicited marketing or spam. The directory is provided for genuine buyers and sellers.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The directory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhiwadi Industries is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory, reliance on any listing, or dealings with any business found through it.

7. Intellectual property

The directory's design, original content, and compilation are owned by Bhiwadi Industries. Business names and marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Alwar, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
