1. Information we collect

• Information you give us when you add or claim a listing, or contact us: business name, contact person, phone, email, address, business description, and optional details such as website, GST number, and year established.
• Directory data from public sources. Many listings are compiled from publicly available business records (for example RIICO allottee records, government registries, and public business listings) to make the Bhiwadi industrial belt easier to discover.
• Basic usage data. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand traffic. It does not use tracking cookies and does not build personal profiles.

2. How we use your information

• To create, verify, and maintain your business listing.
• To respond to your enquiries and connect you with genuine buyers who contact you through the directory.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.

3. Our promises

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your phone number, email, or personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not make sales calls to you and we do not generate fake leads.
• Contact details shown on a public listing appear so that genuine buyers can reach you. If you do not want yours shown, you can ask us to remove them (see section 6).

4. Who we share data with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the site: our form provider (Formspree, which delivers your form submissions to us), our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), and Google (for fonts and publisher favicons). We do not share your data with advertisers or sell it to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law.

5. Cookies

We use little to no tracking cookies. Our analytics is cookieless. Third-party links (such as news headlines that open the original publisher) are governed by those sites' own policies.

6. Your rights and choices

If your business is listed and you want to claim, correct, or remove it, or if you want to access or delete personal data we hold about you, contact us through our Contact page. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and you may raise a grievance with us. We act on reasonable requests promptly.

7. Data retention and security

We keep submitted information for as long as your listing or enquiry needs it, and we remove it on a valid request. We take reasonable measures to protect data, though no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

8. Children

This is a business directory and is not intended for anyone under 18.
