Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What you are paying for

Paid plans buy visibility: priority placement in your category and area, and the additional listing features described on the Premium page. This is a digital service delivered on the platform. Nothing is shipped, so no delivery or shipping terms apply.

Being listed is free, and the Verified badge is free and earned. Neither has ever been sold, so neither is affected by anything in this policy.

2. Billing

• Plan terms and prices are shown on the Premium page. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout.
• Payment is taken upfront for the full plan term. A GST invoice is issued after payment.
• Payments are processed by our payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
• We do not charge a renewal without telling you first. You will get a reminder before any renewal, and you can cancel before it is charged.

3. Refunds

• Within 7 days of your placement going live: full refund on request, no reason needed. We will remove the paid placement and refund the amount you paid.
• If we have not activated your placement yet: full refund, whenever you ask.
• After the first 7 days: the plan runs to the end of its term and we do not refund the remainder. You can cancel at any time to stop it renewing.
• If we fail to deliver what the plan promised, for example your placement was not applied or the platform was unavailable for an extended period, we refund on a pro-rata basis for the affected period. This applies regardless of how far into the term you are.

We do not refund on the basis of how many enquiries a listing received. We sell visibility in front of buyers searching your category, not a guaranteed number of leads, and we say so plainly before you pay.

4. How to cancel or request a refund

Email contact@bhiwadiindustries.com from the address on the account, or reach us through the Contact page, with your business name and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. How quickly it appears after that depends on your bank.

5. When we cancel a plan

We may suspend or cancel a paid plan if a listing turns out to misrepresent the business, if the business is not authorised to be listed by the person who paid, or if the listing is used for spam. Where we cancel for these reasons we refund the unused portion of the term, and we remove the listing.

6. Who you are contracting with

Bhiwadi Industries is operated by Acumen Enterprises, the registered entity that receives payments and issues invoices for paid plans. Your invoice and your bank or card statement will show Acumen Enterprises. GSTIN 06ACMPF7690P1ZT. 7. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the date above. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to that payment. See also our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
